The exact scope of each project will be agreed in writing (email or formal proposal) before work begins. No work commences until scope and pricing are confirmed by both parties.
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT (we are not currently VAT registered).
- Written quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Fixed-price projects are agreed before work begins. No hidden fees or scope creep charges will be applied without prior written agreement.
- Changes to scope after sign-off will be quoted separately and must be agreed in writing before additional work is undertaken.
| Term | Detail |
|---|
| Standard structure | 50% deposit before work begins, 50% on completion before the site goes live or deliverables are handed over |
| Payment plans | Available on request for larger projects — see below for how these work |
| Invoice payment terms | Payment due within 14 days of invoice date |
| Late payment (standard invoices) | Interest may be charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate per annum under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 |
| Payment methods | Bank transfer or card via Stripe payment link (preferred). Other methods by arrangement. |
| Currency | GBP (£) |
No work begins until the deposit invoice is paid and funds have cleared. We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery if invoices are not paid on time.
For clients who'd rather spread the cost, a payment plan is available on any one-off project at no extra charge — the total price is the same whether paid upfront or in instalments:
- Projects of £1,500 and above: 50% deposit to start, 25% at an agreed build milestone, 25% on delivery.
- Projects under £1,500: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery (the standard structure above).
- Instalments are collected via a Stripe payment link sent for each stage.
- If an instalment is missed, work pauses until it's paid — no late fee applies to payment-plan instalments (this differs from the general late-payment interest term above, which applies to standard invoices outside a payment plan).
- Discovery: Free consultation call to understand your requirements.
- Quote: Written fixed-price quote provided within 24 hours.
- Agreement & Deposit: Client confirms scope and pays 50% deposit.
- Build: Work begins. Standard websites are delivered within 7–14 days. Larger projects are scoped individually.
- Review: Client reviews the work. Revisions are included within scope.
- Launch: Final payment received, then the site goes live.
- Support: Post-launch support period begins on launch day.
- Revisions are included within the agreed scope for the duration of the post-launch revision period (30 days for Starter & Business packages, 90 days for E-Commerce, 6 months for Enterprise).
- Revisions include changes to existing content, layout, colours, and copy within the agreed scope.
- New features, new pages, or work outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
- Support covers bug fixes, technical issues, and hosting/uptime problems during the support period.
- Response time: same day during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM GMT).
