These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by Hosting Easy Ltd (trading as leeday.uk), Company Number 15169743, registered at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE ("we", "us", "our") to any client or website visitor ("you", "client").
By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide the following services:
- Custom website design and development
- AI automation and workflow setup
- AI voice agent configuration
- Daily admin AI setup
- Ongoing website maintenance and support
- SEO and digital marketing services
The exact scope of each project will be agreed in writing (email or formal proposal) before work begins. No work commences until scope and pricing are confirmed by both parties.
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT (we are not currently VAT registered).
- Written quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Fixed-price projects are agreed before work begins. No hidden fees or scope creep charges will be applied without prior written agreement.
- Changes to scope after sign-off will be quoted separately and must be agreed in writing before additional work is undertaken.

No work begins until the first payment has cleared. We reserve the right to pause or withhold delivery if invoices are not paid on time. leeday.uk (Hosting Easy Ltd) is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price.
- A Simple website can be bought for £595 with the Care plan (£39/month), or a Standard website for £1,495 with Care Plus (£59/month), instead of paying the full build price.
- The build price and first month are paid before work begins. The plan is then billed monthly by Stripe.
- These plans have a 12-month minimum term from the first payment. If you end the plan early, the remaining monthly payments for the minimum term are still due. After 12 months the plan continues month to month until you cancel.
- The website is yours either way: the domain, content and site belong to you, on a plan or not.
- Hosting & Care bought on its own (without a reduced build price) is rolling monthly with no minimum term.
- AI services are monthly subscriptions. On a rolling monthly plan the one-off setup fee is paid with the first month. On a 12-month plan there is no setup fee and the 12-month minimum term above applies.
- AI services come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first month.
- Staged payments for custom projects are collected via a Stripe payment link for each stage. If an instalment is missed, work pauses until it's paid.
- Discovery: Free consultation call to understand your requirements.
- Quote: Written fixed-price quote provided within 24 hours.
- Agreement & Payment: Client confirms scope and pays (in full, the care-plan build price, or the first stage for custom projects).
- Build: Work begins. Standard websites are delivered within 2–4 weeks. Larger projects are scoped individually.
- Review: Client reviews the work. Revisions are included within scope.
- Launch: Any final stage payment received, then the site goes live.
- Support: Post-launch support period begins on launch day.
- Revisions are included within the agreed scope for the duration of the post-launch revision period (30 days for Starter & Business packages, 90 days for E-Commerce, 6 months for Enterprise).
- Revisions include changes to existing content, layout, colours, and copy within the agreed scope.
- New features, new pages, or work outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
- Support covers bug fixes, technical issues, and hosting/uptime problems during the support period.
- Response time: same day during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM GMT).

- Full ownership of the completed website and all deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of cleared final payment.
- Until final payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of leeday.uk / Hosting Easy Ltd.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.
- Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, APIs) remain subject to their own licence terms.
To enable us to deliver your project on time, you agree to:
- Provide all required content (text, images, branding) within an agreed timeframe.
- Provide timely feedback during the review stage. Delays in feedback may affect the delivery timeline.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide to us.
- Ensure the final website does not breach any applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
- We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or security issues caused by third-party hosting providers, plugins, or platforms.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you buy from this website as a private individual, not for a business, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 14 days start on the day you pay.
- Starting straight away: at checkout you can ask for work to start within the 14 days. If you then cancel, you pay a proportionate amount for the work done up to the point you told us, and we refund the rest.
- Finished work: if a service is completed in full within the 14 days at your request, the right to cancel ends once it is complete.
- Monthly plans: the 14-day right covers the start of a subscription. Any 12-month minimum term runs from the first payment but only applies once the 14 days have passed.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of you telling us, to the card or account you paid with.
- How to cancel: email lee.day@leeday.uk with your name, what you bought and the date you paid. You can use this wording if you like: "I give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of [service], paid for on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [today]."
Business customers, including sole traders buying for their business, do not have this statutory right. The rest of this section applies to everyone.
- Either party may cancel a project by giving written notice.
- If you cancel after work has begun (and outside any 14-day period above), you are liable for all work completed to the date of cancellation, calculated on a pro-rata basis. Any deposit or first-stage payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If we cancel without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees for work not yet completed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at leeday.uk/terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
