If you've been putting off getting a proper website because you're picturing months of back and forth and a bill that keeps growing, that's not how it works here. This is what actually happens, start to finish.
It starts with a message, not a sales call
You message me, we have a quick chat about what you actually need, and I give you one fixed price. No hidden extras added halfway through, no "that'll be a separate quote" for things that should have been included from the start.
What you're actually choosing between
Three tiers, and the price depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to do:
- Simple, from £800. A fast, mobile-friendly site with a contact form and basic SEO. Right for a business that just needs to look legitimate and make it easy to get in touch.
- Standard, from £1,900. The one most people go for. Up to 8 pages, proper on-page SEO and analytics, and an AI Assistant built in so the site can answer visitor questions even when you're not around.
- Custom, from £4,000. For anything with moving parts, e-commerce, bookings, or integrations specific to how you run your business.
Paying for it doesn't have to be one lump sum
Every project runs on a payment plan. Bigger builds split into a deposit, a milestone payment once the design's approved, and a final payment before handover. Smaller ones are a straightforward 50/50 split. Either way, there's no minimum project size and no surcharge for spreading the cost.
No disappearing act once you've paid
This is the bit that actually differentiates working with one person over an agency. You're not handed off to a project manager, then a developer, then a support ticket queue. You're messaging the person who's actually building your site, the whole way through, and for 30 days after it goes live too.
What this isn't
There's no six-week onboarding process, no discovery workshop before anyone touches any code, and no agency retainer dressed up as a "partnership." You tell me what you need, I build it, it works. If something's not right, you tell me and I fix it.
