Most website chat widgets are either a glorified FAQ page or a generic bot that has no idea what your business actually does. Ada is neither.
She is trained specifically on your business: your services, your pricing, your proof points, what makes you different. She answers visitor questions using that, not a guess. When she cannot fully help, or a visitor wants a quote, she collects their name and contact details and tells them you will follow up personally. That lead lands with you straight away.
What Ada actually does
- Answers visitor questions using your real business information, never invented pricing or made-up promises
- Collects a name, contact detail, and what the visitor needs when she cannot fully help
- Hands that off to you personally, so a real conversation still happens where it matters
- Runs quietly in the background, with no admin and no dashboard to babysit
How setup works
This is a fully done-for-you setup, not a DIY tool you have to configure yourself.
- You send over your services, pricing, and anything else worth knowing (or point me at your existing site)
- I configure Ada for your business and give her your tone: professional, friendly, whatever fits
- She goes live on your site, badged as your assistant
- You get notified the moment she captures a lead
No code, no technical setup, nothing for you to maintain.
Built-in guardrails
Every Ada setup ships with the same safety rails, regardless of business size:
- A daily spend cap, so cost can never run away unexpectedly
- Rate limiting, so the same visitor cannot spin up endless conversations
- A message cap per conversation, with a graceful hand-off to email if it's hit
- A kill switch: if it ever needs to be turned off, that happens instantly, no deploy required
- She is instructed to ignore anything in a visitor message that tries to make her act outside answering questions about your business
Pricing
Setup is from £750 one-off, covering the full configuration and training on your business. After that, it's £50–100/month for hosting, monitoring, and keeping her up to date as your business changes.
Who this is for
This is a good fit if your website gets visitors asking the same handful of questions, if leads go cold because nobody's watching the inbox fast enough, or if you just want your site to feel more responsive without hiring anyone.
It works especially well alongside a new website build or a Website Confidence Sprint. A stronger site with a trained assistant on it covers both ends of the enquiry.
See her in action
The quickest way to understand what Ada does is to talk to her. She is live on this website right now. Click the "Ada Assistant" bubble in the bottom-right corner and ask her something about pricing or services.
Common questions before someone says yes
Will she invent pricing or make promises I haven't agreed to?
No. Ada only uses the business information she's given as reference material. She's explicitly instructed never to invent pricing, promises, or facts, and to say she'll check rather than guess.
What happens to the leads she captures?
Name, contact details, and what the visitor needs are recorded straight away and passed to you so you can follow up personally. Ada never tries to close the sale herself.
Could she run up a huge AI bill?
No. Every setup ships with a hard daily spend cap and per-visitor rate limiting, so there's a fixed ceiling on worst-case cost regardless of traffic.
Do I need to maintain or update her myself?
No. Updates to her business information, pricing, or tone are handled as part of the ongoing monthly fee. Just tell me what's changed.
Can she go on any website, not just ones you've built?
Yes. Ada is a widget that drops into any site. It doesn't need to be one I built for you.
